Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides

Pirates of the Caribbean 4: On Stranger Tides

One of the most awaited movies of this year has finally hit the box office. It was released in DVD and Bluray with a lot of psp versions available on streaming sites. In order to watch this blockbuster you will need to use a wmv to dvd converter to move to your preferred format as it supports a wide range of formats.

Johnny Depp returns to the role of the legendary Captain Jack Sparrow in an adventure full of action. Meeting the path of the enigmatic Angelica (Penelope Cruz), he is not sure whether it's love or if it is a ruthless con that she is using to find the legendary Fountain of Youth. When he is forced to board the Queen Anne's Revenge, with the ship's terrible pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack does not know who to fear most: the dreaded master of the ship or the woman emerged from his past.

Jack Sparrow is too profitable for an old veteran like Bruckheimer to let him go like that. After painfully (and to say the least) following him to the end of the world, it is now time to accompany him in his quest for the fountain of youth. Pirates of the Caribbean 4 has a facelift with a new director at the helm (Rob "Chicago" Marshall replacing Gore Verbinski) and a glamorous new star (Penelope Cruz) to forget the death of the young couple Knightley, Bloom.

PS: for those who would not want to wait for the 12 minutes of credits, there is one sequence after the credit which announces the future number 5. For you, dear readers, it explains what is happening: Penelope Cruz, left alone on this desert island, finds the voodoo doll of Jack Sparrow.

Considering that this movie is in various formats especially in dvd, many people with ipods and iphones would want to have it in compatible formats. As such it would be wise to know how to treat a DVD file. It is good to be aware that DVDs consist of two folders (VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS). In general the audio folder is empty. The file contains various types of video files (.Ifo, .Vob, etc). A lot of software (some free) can convert numerous video formats (wmv to dvd, mpeg, mov, avi wmv, etc.) to the DVD format and vice versa. I note among others WMV to DVD converter, AVS Video Converter, Pinnacle Studio, Vegas, AllToVideo, etc. Note that a DVD player can play many formats such as Avi (DivX), VCD or SVCD (a kind of "super" video file). Wmv are proprietary formats (Needless to mention). I advise you according to your conversion need to use a free and easy to install converter to burn to a CD or DVD in different formats. If you are not satisfied, you can contact our customer support, we will be glad to help.

To burn a dvd you will need to click on the folder which should give you the Video ts your Vob as a standard DVD. Drop the Audio ts file. Use Nero 6 to burn (Nero Reloaded 6.6.06) or a good burner if you are serious about your DVD being like any other. They usually have a capacity ranging between 2 and 3 Go, smaller than a DVD that you encoded with Shrink DVD. Let me remind you of the burning procedure for Nero 6.

"DVD Video video = new = (red) = Videot you open your film to show the Vob in the right column, right click on = 1 = select all, bring all in the second column to be burned: it should not take more than 10 minutes or less depending on the PC.
